Welcome to the web-home of Rushden Chess Club (RCC) - now in our 45th year after forming in 1977.

We meet on Monday evenings excluding those that fall on Bank Holidays. The starting time is from 7pm until about 9.00pm at our host venue, Rushden Town Bowling Club, 144 Northampton Road,  Rushden,  Northants,  NN10 6AN.

You do not need to bring any equipment, just yourself, as the Club provides all of the necessaries.

We are a long-standing, friendly and encouraging club which welcomes all-comers of all standards and competes in the A and B divisions of the Northamptonshire Silver King league (Covid permitting), as well as running several annual club tournaments with varying time controls.
